An ANYA bag is made in 140 hours, but lives for many more. The Maison places its responsibility on those longer hours. Every ANYA carries a lifetime care promise — from the first moment in your hand, to the moment it reaches the hand of someone after you.

As the bag receives a life, the leather softens, the grain deepens, the corners take the shape of the hand. The change is not wear. It is a signature, written by the time of one person.

The Maison’s work is to keep that signature whole — so the bag remains a living work.

Four cares, for a lifetime

  Edge restoration

  Worn dye on the edges is reapplied. A new layer joins the original four, and the edge returns deeper than before.

  Hand-stitch repair

  Should a thread come loose, the bag is closed again — by hand, with the same two needles and one breath that first sealed it.

  Scale conditioning

  The leather is fed the oils it once held. The grain softens; the light finds its place along the scales again.

  Hardware polishing

  Solid brass may be brought back to its first lustre, or kept in the depth that touch has given it. Both are within the Maison’s promise.

To request care

Send the bag to the Seoul atelier, and a Maison artisan will examine it in person. After diagnosis, we propose the necessary care and the time it will take. Most cases take two to four weeks — no bag is hurried.

Care is available with or without proof of purchase. Wherever an ANYA arrives from, the Maison knows its own.

Into the next generation

An ANYA is not the bag of one person alone. Well-made leather crosses a generation. A mother’s bag becomes a daughter’s; that bag becomes hers in turn. This long, quiet current is what the Maison is most proud of.
